Hilsa Feast : Hilsa fish fry, fish oil fry, Pui saag matha diye(malabar spinach with hilsa fish head) and Sorshe Ilish(Hilsa fish in mustard gravy)

Ingredients

  • 400-500 rs for small ones and
  • 1000 rs for a big
  • 1 kg fish
  • 2 sticks
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder : 1-2 tsp Dry Red Chilli : 1, broken into 2
  • 1 tblsp Salt to taste
