  • 20 Sugar-340 gm Water-1 cup Butter-60 gm Vanilla Essence-1 tsp Procedure Chop the almonds and pistachios. Sieve the milk powder and cocoa powder in a bowl. Grease a tray with butter and keep it ready. In a heavy bottomed pan add sugar and water and bring it to boil. Melt butter and keep it warm. Keep on stirring until the syrup reaches one string consistency. Once the consistency is reached, remove from flame and add in the butter and vanilla essence. Now add the cocoa powder and milk powder and stir continuously until it forms a smooth mixture. Add in the chopped nuts and mix well. Pour it into the greased tin and with the help of a spatula smooth the top. Allow it to cool completely. Flip the tin and remove the chocolate bar on to the counter.
