Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Cumin seed
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 10 fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Oil fry and Coarsely grind:(Powder-2)
  • 4 tablespoons channa dal
  • 5-6 dried red chili
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
