Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2-3 dry red chillies
  • 2 tablespoons warm water OR 1 tbsp thick tamarind pulp
  • 1 teaspoons cow ghee OR 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon channa dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • 3. Add it to the roasted ingredients in the mixer and grind it to a smooth chutney.
  • 1. You can roughly tear curry leaves and add them to the tempering
  • 2. You can use your preferred oil
  • 4. You can substitute carrots with bottleguard or other fresh seasonal vegetables
