Ingredients

  • 5 servings Achari Paneer Masala
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 2 onions
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 4-5 Cashews
  • Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 Green Chilli Pinch Asafoetida Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Nigella Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 15-20 minutes Dry Roast the ingredients listed under masala on low flame for about
  • 5-10 minutes till the spices release their aroma
