Mixie/mixer/ blender. For Vegan option, instead of milk powder and water, just replace with 1/4 cup soy milk. 1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons milk powder ( use skimmed milk powder as low fat option). 1/4 cup water. 1/8 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder( or pinch of cayenne pepper powder). 1/8 teaspoon salt ( adjust to taste). 1/4 cup water. 1/8 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder( or pinch of cayenne pepper powder). 1/8 teaspoon salt
You can cut and serve this cake just plain or you may top it with any icing or chocolate syrup. Pre-Heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F for 10 minutes. Put this into the pre-heated oven and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 minutes or bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
