  • 1/2 cup White flour (or bread flour): 1 and 1/2 cup Oats (instant or rolled): 1/4 cup + more to sprinkle on top
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar: a pinch
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Egg white for egg wash
  • 4. As the dough doubles, prepare the work surface by dusting it lightly with flour
