  • 1. First you have to soak the dried fruits in alcohol at least for

  • 3. Take a mixing bowl with sieve add maida,cocoa powder.nutmeg,cinnamom,salt,baking powder and soda and sieve it mix and keep it ready.
  • 4. Add the soaked up fruits and nuts mix to the flour mixture and mix well and keep.
  • 5. In another bowl take butter and demarara sugar and beat for a minute then add condensed milk till well combined.
  • 6. Add this mixture to the dry flour mixture and fold it well till all are mixed up,finally add soda and mix up thoroughly.

  • 10 minutes and grease a suitable pan with butter and parchment paper and keep ready
