  • 1 tbsp +3 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion 1 tomato (big size )
  • capsicum
  • carrot
  • green peas
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/ 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt as needed
  • 2 cups water
