Ingredients

  • 80 gms onions
  • 200 gms mutton (boneless)
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric /haldi
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 /2 inch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil +2tbsp oil for shallow frying
