Ingredients

  • 6-7 hours (includes Soaking time)
  • 4 cups of Idli rice
  • 1 cup of urad dal
  • ½ -¾ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 6-7 hours not less than that
  • 5-6 mins Keep in mind the dal to turn out
  • 1-2 cup of water in the idli cooker and place the mold
