  • 1/2 kg ridge gourd or turai peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp oil 1 cup sliced onions salt - to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.Instructions
  • 2. Into it add turai which is cut into pieces and washed well, add the sliced onions
  • 3. Add the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder
  • 4. Mix it well and cook until turai gets soft
