Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 cup Kabuli Channa
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1-2 garlic pods
  • 1 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds/til ( white)rock salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4. Add the lemon juice , garlic, green chilli, oil , salt and blend it to a smooth paste
  • 1. I have used spice according to our taste preference
  • 2. You can use olive oil instead of sesame oil too
  • 3. You can use regular salt instead of rock salt
  • 4. You can add fresh herbs of your choice or completely omit the same
