Ingredients

  • 30 mins idli manchurian recipe

  • flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp soy sauce water as required, to prepare smooth batter oil for deep frying
  • 2 tsp oil
  • onion
  • finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce or add as required
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 4 quarters and keep aside
  • 2 tsp of soya sauce and vinegar
  • 2 tsp of soya sauce and vinegar. give a good stir and cook for a minute.
