Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup APF
  • 1 tsp chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp warm water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp refined oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup refined sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads
  • 8-10 parts and then roll out 3
  • 5 inch diameter naan of 3
  • 4 mm thickness.
  • 1 cup Yellow Split peas
  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3-4 times and add
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup warm water
