  • 3-4 eggs 1 medium sized onion, chopped small
  • ½ of a small tomato, chopped small
  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped small
  • Handful of coriander leaves , chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • A pinch of chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp. cooking oil
