Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kidney beans, boiled(soak overnight
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  • or olive oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Clove
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Green chili
  • 2 Cup of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 Cup seasonal vegetables ( soya beans, carrot, broccoli, mushroom, bell pepper etc)
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 3 bread slices
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
  • 10 minutes or till onion becomes translucent golden brown
  • 200 C for 30 minutes or till the top crust turn in golden brown .
