Its my long time wish to try Christmas special Fruitcake/Plumcake recipe using pressure cooker. You can either use the powdered salt/sand or in empty cooker for baking the cake

Now the only time alcohol has knowingly entered our bodies is via a cold/cough medication and we both have a 'thing' about it, so we put the cake pieces down into our respective plates hoping that our generous friend would not notice the dip in enthusiasm
