So i came up with this instant adai dosa and it tasted very close to the real one. For those who is not familiar with adai dosa, it is a mixed lentil crepes, the lentils are soaked for couple of hours then ground to a batter
You need to lightly roast oats and grind them to fine powder and mix it withrice flour, green chillies, jeera and spices and mix them to a fine batter and prepare dosa
