Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup salt - to taste
  • 1/4 cup onion - 1 (small - finely chopped)
  • 1 small piece (grated)
  • 1/4 cups of water and salt. Mix well without lumps.
  • 1. In a bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, semolina and buttermilk
  • 2. To this batter, add chopped onion, grated ginger, curry leaves, cumin seeds, asafoetida powder and chopped coriander leaves.
