  • 3 teaspoons Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds/ methi- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli, broken-1
  • 2 big Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder- 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • 4-5 big cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera/ cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
