rice flour should be cooked to non sticky dough. Do not use more water than recommended.

kneading the dough, if you feel it is dry sprinkle some water. If it is overly soft, use some more flour.
is important to knead the dough when it is still warm.
shavige press should be filled with dough that is hot or warm at least. If you let it to cool down then pressing in to shavige would be impossible.
