  • 1/2 Cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 Cup freshly grated Coconut (Optional)
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder or to taste
  • 5 Cups water (Approx. to make the batter)
  • Salt to taste

  • For seasoning
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds/ Jeera
  • A sprig of Curry leaves
