  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera/cumin powder
  • A pinch of Hing/asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon Haldi/turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander leaves, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut freshly grated
