Ingredients

  • What do you need to make Jicama-Broccoli cutlets?
  • 2 cups grated jicama
  • 2 cups steamed/cooked broccoli (about 12-14 florets)
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed mint leaves
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 Tsp oil (I used cooking spray)
