Ingredients

  • 5 minutes Cooking time
  • 12-15 minutes Serves
  • 1/2 cup jowar flour/sorghum
  • 1 &1/2 cup water or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice ( skip if you are using buttermilk)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon urad dal/split and husked black gram
  • 2-3 green chillies ( finely chopped)
  • 1 onion ( finely chopped)
  • 1 sprig curry leaves ( roughly torn)
