the cubes of paneer now and stir everything gently, so as not to smash the paneer cubes. The cubes must be well coated with the masala.Lastly add the crushed fenugreek leaves ( kasoori methi ) and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Add milk, Paneeerand mix well. Add Turmeric powder, grammasala, chilli powder. Heatpan with ateaspoonand fry paneer till slight brown color (my son love it when it is crispy so I fried little longer) andsoak it in hot water till you need it
