Ingredients

  • 200 gms Oil, 2 Tablespoons
  • 4-5 pods Garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon Coriander powder, 2 teaspoon Chilli powder, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (depending on the required spice level)
  • 2 minutes Add crushed kasuri methi leaves and cook for another
  • 1 minute and turn off the heat
