Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon sambar powder
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1-2 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients given under
  • 3. For making the Kuzhambu, add curd into a wide vessel or kadai and whisk well.
  • 4. Add all other ingredients given under
  • 10. When the oil is ready for frying, spoon small portions of the batter using your hand .
  • 12. Add the pakodas to the kadhi kuzhambu.
