  • 1 cup Black chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 3. In a pressure cooker, add mustard oil, once oil is hot add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and black chickpeas and saute for a minute.
