Ingredients

  • 30-40 mins serves
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cardamom/Elaichi: 1 or 2
  • Salt to taste
  • 8-10 minutes Stir in between to avoid burns at bottom.Check the consistency and then off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander.
