Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup cashew nut
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp warm milk
  • 2 pinch saffron strands
  • 2-3 cardamom, husked and powdered
  • 2 pinch of saffron strands in
  • 1 tbsp of warm milk and keep it aside
  • 4. In same oil fry cashew nuts
  • 5. Remove them as they turn golden brown and keep them aside
  • 6. In the same ghee, roast rava
  • 7. I did this for about
  • 12. Add the remaining ghee and mix it
  • 13. Add fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix it
