Ingredients

  • ½ cup Arhar (Toor) Dal
  • ½ cup Urad Dal (Split, yellow)
  • ½ cup Fresh cudr
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • ½ cup chopped
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp of cooking oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 1 hour to make them easily digestible, this will also reduce the cooking time. Pressure cook them with Turmeric and salt for 2 whistles. Open when pressure eases off.
