Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 5 cups flour (I’ve used a mix of oats, barley and all-purpose flour, all mixed in equal proportion)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons sugar substitute (I’ve used Stevia)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 200 grams sugar-free chocolate compound
  • 100 grams roasted sliced almonds
