Ingredients

  • 30 minutes Serve
  • Plain flour (maida) – 2 cups Salt – 1/4 tsp Veg. oil – 5 tbsp Baking powder – 1 tsp.(optional)
  • Boiling water
  • 5 to 6 minutes knead the flour with hand and make a soft dough. Add 1 tbsp.of oil, knead again. Cover the dough, allow to rest for 10 minutes
  • 30 seconds Flip it
  • 30 seconds Brush oil on both sides and cook on both sides
