  • 1. In a kadai dry roast horse gram and groundnuts without oil and keep aside
  • 2. In the same kadai add 2 tsps of oil and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies, soaked tamarind pulp and garlic cloves. Fry for a minute, switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • 3. In a mixie jar add these fried items, dry roasted horse gram, ground nuts and salt and grind to a fine powder.
