Clean and cut mutton into pieces. When tomato is lightly cooked, add mutton pieces. When the water is all dried up and mutton pieces are well coated with masala, add hot water, salt, and fried onions set aside
Easy to make delicious muttoncurry. While you can use any garam masala with this recipe, it is the Punjabi Garam Masala that gives the mutton it’s unique flavour
I have also added very few methi/fenugreek leaves into the recipe and it is totally optional but I suggest few leaves to be added to get a very yummy flavor from those fresh leaves

mutton and spices. 500 grams mutton pieces (neatly washed). 1 tbsp curd/ yogurt. 4 cloves/lovng/ lavangalu. 1 black cardamom/bada elaichi. 1” cinnamon stick/ dalchini/ dalchina chekka. Marinate the mutton pieces along with curd salt, turmeric pwd, 1tsp ginger garlic paste and red chilly pwd for 10- 15 minutes. Add marinated mutton pieces and let it cook for 5-7 minutes or till the water released by the mutton gets absorbed. 500 grams mutton
