Peel the potato and mash into chunks with the rest of the vegetables. Cauliflower, green peas and beans are vegetables you CAN add if you have it available at home

Drain the water andgrind it with chilli and salt to make a paste,add water if required,. Take it out on a plate,pat lightly with your hands to form a flat base
Now add the mixedvegetables except cauliflower florets and fill with water to just cover the vegetablesand add required amount of salt and cook closed until the vegetables are tender

So the other day I decided to do a curry with mushroom and paneer with a load of other vegetables like carrots and beans which we both love along with coconut milk, the result was a great tasting curry to go with almost any recipe like idly, dosa, chappati or even pulao
Instructions Cook the vegetablesin the water with the turmeric powder, till soft. Check the drumstick to see if it is soft, if so all other vegetables should be cooked
