Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken regular cut
  • onions chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • tsp green chilli paste (depending on the hotness you want)
  • 3 tablespoons posto
  • seeds
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds/dhania
  • sticks of cinnamon/darchini
  • green cardamoms/chhota elaichi
  • cloves/laung
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric and some salt on the chicken pieces. Heat
