Ingredients

  • Tomato - 2
  • 2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad dal - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - few
  • 2. In a pan, add oil. Once the oil heats up, add the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillie.
  • 4. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell leaves.
  • 6. Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder
  • 10. Add the chopped coriander leaves and switch off.
  • 1. You can do the same with parathas and poori
  • 2. For a vegetarian version, you can use scramble paneer instead of eggs
