Ingredients for making Kovakkai / IvyGourd Masala Fry. How to make Kovakkai / IvyGourd Masala Fry. Kovakkai / Ivygourd 500 gms. Salt 1/2 tea spoon. Asafoetida 1/4 tea spoon.
