TindoraFry is ready. Fry the cumin seeds till they start to splutter. 250 gm Tindora. 11 Tablespoon OilWash, rinse and drain the Tindoras. Add 3-4 Dried Red Chillies, 5-6 Curry Leaves, 1-2 finely chopped Green Chillies & a pinch of Heeng and fry. 1Add the thinly sliced Tindoras to the pan. 1Stir fry the vegetables on a high-medium flame for 3-4 minutes

Dondakaya PachadiIngredients. Chopped dondakaya / Kovakkai / IvyGourd -20. Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan in medium low flame fry all the above ingredients till light brown
Slice the kovakkai/tindora/ivygourd and cook it with a little salt and water till tender. As soon as I saw it here, I was very tempted with the coconut masala that was added to the curry and since everything was in hand, I tried out the recipe immediately and I was not disappointed
