Laccha paratha. These flaky, multi layered flat bread is one of my favorite Indian bread to go along with the rich and creamy curries that are served in the restaurants or are made for special occasions at home
a hot flat pan, cook the paratha both sides by sprinkling some oil or ghee until both sides are golden brown, repeat this for the remaining dough to make more parathas
Heat the flat pan and add the rolled paratha and drizzle oil around it cook and let it cook. I love Stuffed paratha / chapati for my lazy or busy weekday / weekend dinner
Methi paratha is one of the most flavorful flat bread served in most of the Indian subcontinents, which goes well with any kind of condiments, whether it is chutney,raita ,pickles or just plain dahi(Yogurt)
South Indian parotta is my favorite and am used to eat twice a month when am in Tamil Nadu where the parotta is made with all purpose flour or maida,i know this is not good to health and i love the gravy they made with veggies which is spicy and aromatic

Though the procedure and technique for making tava parathas is the same as Mooli paratha or Aloo paratha, which I have shared earlier, I still thought of documenting this recipe for all my readers who have requested me to share this recipe

Only flip the parathas three times while cooking, first you place the paratha, after half a minute, make the first flip, apply some oil, make the second flip and apply oil on the other side
