Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Basmathi rice
  • ½ kg chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ cup chopped
  • mint leaves
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup thick curd
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 15-20 mins In a clean muslin cloth tie
