Before I get engaged with some special cooking for the evening, I wished to share this simple, easy to do healthy andlight curry withridgegourd for all of you today
The quantity of water will depend on the kind ofgravy that you like. Most backyard gardens and our markets are full of different varieties ofgourds at this time of the year
RidgeGourd is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, high in dietary fiber , vitamin C, riboflavin, zinc, thiamine, iron, magnesium and manganese & in Moong Dal we get s considerable amount of fiber carbohydrates and protein but have no minerals which we can get from ridgegourd
So I tossed it with some potatoesand cooked it with yellow moong dal. Hence I keep experimenting with it to cook some recipe which my hubby and daughter would at least like, may not be really love
Here is an easy breezy curry which is so ideal for working women and even us home maker would love to make a simple dish and spent more time with our family instead of sitting the kitchen the whole day and missing all the family fun
