Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Wheat Flour
  • ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon rapid rising yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon oil
  • 1 Cup Lukewarm water.
  • 10 minutes Roll
  • ¼ inch thick and keep it on a plastic sheet
  • ¼ Teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 Cup low fat hung cup
  • ¾ Teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ Teaspoon mustard powder or mustard paste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • 2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
