  • 12 ounces penne rigata
  • 3 ounces soft, mild goat cheese (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 ½ ounces (about 1/3 cup) freshly grated Parmesan
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
