Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg Chicken
  • 100 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 50 ml Ghee
  • 2 Stick
  • 4 Whole Cardamom
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 5 Cloves
  • 10 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Mint Leaves
  • 3/4 Cup of Curd, Thick not Hung
  • 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, More If You Like It Very Spicy
  • 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves Salt to Taste
