Ingredients

  • Ginger - 1"
  • 1 each chopped into big chunks
  • 1 Tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 big pinch
  • 2 Tsp Fresh Cream - 100 gms (Optional) - I didn't use
  • 200 gms Water
  • 2 min add the remaining
  • 3 Tsp of Butter and close the lid
  • 15 days or even more.
