Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 8 medium size parotta
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water ( adjust)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup thick curd ( room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1. Add the flour into a wide bowl and mix salt.
  • 7. Cover tightly with a lid or with a kitchen towel and let it rest for
  • 8. After 10 minutes, dust a clean working counter with flour.
  • 11. Cover and allow it to rest for 1 hour
  • 12. After the resting time, grease your hands with oil and knead again for 5
  • 7. Place the strips on top of each other and coil it into a small circle.
  • 1. Once the tava is hot, place the rolled out parotta and cook them on low flame.
  • 3. Cook both sides, greasing them equally.
